If you are new to our website and need a little help using our greetings card creator, or just have a question about how we work, then you should check out our frequently asked questions below.
  • HOW DO I CREATE A PERSONALISED CARD?

It's really simple!  Browse our card selections and choose a design you think they will love.  Click the 'personalised' button to the right of the design and follow the steps.  Remember not all cards can be customised on the front page but out card editor will prompt you of each section you can edit.  Some cards allow you to add names, specific ages and even upload images.

Every card will allow you to add a printed message inside the card, if you want to write this yourself simple leave it blank and choose to send the card back to you (we will even include a separate envelope for you).

Once your done creating just click 'add to cart' and head over to your basket to checkout when you're ready.  

Remember to use the correct shipping address if sending the card directly to them.

 

  • CAN I CUSTOMISE EVERY PART OF A CARD?

I'm afraid not.  Our professional designers work hard to create cards which work, and we only allow you to edit certain parts of a card.  With our cards you can usually add a name, a specific age, special message or upload a image.  You can't edit fonts, colours or layouts.

Not every design can be personalised on the front but with every card you can add a personal message inside.

 

  • WILL CARDS AND GIFTS BE DELIVERED TOGETHER?

Unfortunately we can not guarantee that your card and gift will be posted together.  Because we work with out sourced suppliers for our gifts they maybe send separately. 

  • DO YOU GET AN ENVELOPE WITH YOUR CARDS?
If you choose 'send directly to them' we will post the card directly to your recipients address, this maybe their home or work address.  If you choose 'send to me' we will post the card back to you with a spare envelope.
  • DO YOU POST INTERNATIONALLY?
We sure do!  If you need to post a card outside of the UK simply complete the shipping address and we'll do the rest.
  • MY IMAGES WON'T UPLOAD
Our card editor is quite clever and will check the quality of any image being uploaded.  If the image quality is not good enough our system will warn you as it could cause poor printing quality.  Try to upload another image file and look for the green smiley face to tell you the image is of high enough quality for print.
