Refund Policy

Our refund policy – Please read carfully

We begin to process your order as soon as it is received after the checkout process.  As orders are personalised and/or printed on demand we are unable to cancel or refund your orders once checkout is complete – so please check all your order information carefully.

A refund maybe requested for the following reasons;

– Product is received in a poor or damaged quality 

– Product is not delivered or has gone missing with our courier 

– Product printing error made by us 

– Wrong product dispatched 

– Product delivery is delayed more than 2 days after our notified delivery time frame.

To start a refund request, you can contact us at hello@papercomet.co.uk  If your refund is accepted, we will require you to return the product to us or provide evidence to support your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours, once a refund is accepted and confirmed we will request a full refund including postage costs via our payment processing company.  Refunds may take 5-10 working days to clear with your bank.

Please note refunds can only be made to the card/payment option you paid with during checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
